OMG!!! I have been under 100g of carbs and usually under 25g of sugar daily for the last week (the other 4 weeks I have been primal have been close to those numbers but not quite as strict) and I am pms'ing bad today. I think it is worse because of low carbs. Super low energy and major muscle soreness from workout on Friday. I am not giving in but I know I have eaten too many nuts today along with two tablespoons of reduced fat peanut butter, b/c that is what is here LOL! Any suggestions, ladies?
