    Hello friends,

I've always been interested in fitness. For a while I was a huge fan of P90X and Insanity. Then I realized that particular lifestyle/nutrition model was not sustainable for me. So, I set about looking for something else more natural and sustainable.

I got interested in the primal lifestyle after I read the book Born to Run. I started to wonder what other things I'd been misinformed about or misled in concerning my lifestyle. I found The Primal Blueprint during a search at my local library. I read it with great relish and it resonated with me. So, I began my primal journey.

I've cut way back on carbs, though I'm not 100% primal yet. I've incorporated functional movements from CrossFit and The Primal Blueprint, and I'm trying to spend about 30 mins. in the sun every day.

Feeling great and loving it!! Look forward to being a part of the community.

Welcome Dulas. I hope primal goes well for you.
    Ancestral Health Info

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.
