    Hey, everyone. I'm Lily and usually not very social so I'm not used to these sort of things.

    I'm from the east coast. I'm 34 and learning about the Primal ways.

    Right now I have some gizzards simmering on the stove hoping they turn out well as lunch is getting quite late! I've always loved fried gizzards and this will be my first attempt at cooking and/or eating them any other way.

    I found the website looking for information on diet and how it relates to energy levels. I found MDA and then read things about systemic inflammation and everything resonated. I'm into week two of adjusting my diet. I'm pretty much fairly primal right now as I'm testing out some of the anti-inflammation information here.

    Looking forward to learning more.

    I have to say any time I've come up with a question about anything, a quick search on the MDA site has resulted in an answer.
