    I'm Alex, I've know about the paleo/primal diet for awhile but I'm really going to try it now. I actually discovered it on a rewilding board.

    I was vegan for two years but that was for moral/ethical reasons. Until I realized veganism can't solve anything and isn't as ethical as they would like to think.

    I don't really have any goals, but just to be heathly. The way a lot of people eat is really sad. I'm overweight, I hate myself sometimes, but hopefully that can change.

    So, that's all

    Welcome and good for you.

    Being down 70lbs already, my only advice to you is, focus your energy on feeling good all the time and enjoying life. That's really what this is all about and the weight loss will come in line behind that.
