    My names Jimmy and i recently read the book and loved it. I was on the metabolic diet before and read this and it compares in a lot of ways. I enjoy this new diet and have been doing it since 09/09/11 and feel a huge improvement. I am a lover of nutrition, health and fitness. I workout when i can and love the aspect that the book covers on it. If anyone would like to talk about fitness or anything diet related please feel free to message me!
