So I recently started my primal diet. Last time I did I was eating way too much fruit! A week deep and lower carbs and starting to lose! Yipee...I am in my second month of insanity workout and not a lb. !? Started interval sprinting a few days ago and I feel awesome! Lost 3lbs in a week and a half! I feel so much better without all that SAD garbage in my system! Excited to be part of this Primal movement/ revolution! Going to forage something out of the fridge!
