14 lbs gone and I feel great. I adhered very strictly but I am amazed at the variety of foods and how awakened my taste buds are. I ate cheese once and licked one potatoe chip. I did seem to lose a little upper body strength but my legs are stronger. There has been a lot of repetitive meals for breakfast and lunch but I have made dinners fun. I am just so excited and survived without bread.
