  • Hello from White Lion Baking Company, Boston, MA!

    Hi everyone,

My partner and I started a grain-free, refined sugar free bakery here in Brookline, MA earlier this year and so far we're doing great and are looking for a storefront to take our baking to the next level. We make paleo breads, crackers and some sweeter paleo-friendly items such as birthday cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Check us out at White Lion Gluten-Free Baking Company, Brookline Massachusetts | Home - White Lion Gluten-Free Baking Company, Brookline Massachusetts: Tasty Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, Low-Carb Baked Cookies, Cakes, Biscuits and Breads! and let us know what you think. We ship across the entire US!

    Best,

    Elena and John

I don't agree that it is spam. It seems like a valid Paleo resource. Spam would be, like, ads for Viagra.

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

I agree! I think this would have been better posted in "resources" but still...

I'm glad to have seen this post. I've been thinking this would be a great opportunity. Wish I lived closer to try some items

I agree. Not spam. Great place for the discerning cavegirl to get a wedding cake.

Products look fabulous, and low carb, assuming you Dan limit yourself to just one cookie, unfortunately, lots of almond flour = lots of Omega 6!

Just curious, since you bake out of a residential kitchen, are you licensed by the health department?

4 separate posts promoting their business qualifies as spam to me.

                        Dear Adrian,

I accidently posted here and then posted to resources on someones recommendation. Please feel free to remove the post here and sorry :-)
Btw - we are fully licensed and about to become a storefront.

We sure do. See our site for shipping rates. Our buns and biscuits fit totally into Mark's guidelines for healthy primal eating. Our crackers can be made with olive oil or coconut oil too.

                            best,

                            The White Lion

Hi, just checked out your website. Everything looks fabulous! Have you opened a shop yet? I work close by in Brighton, and I'd love to come try your food! I'm sure I'll be ordering from you soon - so far I want one of everything. I'm happy to see that you came up with a bread replacement. Bread is what I miss the most. =)
