    Ive decided that Im gonna try taking my Protein and Creatine before my workout and The zinc and magnesium supplements after the workout. My workout varies from 8PM to 9PM. Every 5 days of the week.

    Sounds good. Creatine has been shown to have an effect and is considered safe, so go for it.
