  • Just starting and wondering about Stevia?

    As stevia is a plant based sweetner, is it allowed in the Primal Blueprint? Thanks all!

    I use it. Just go for a good brand. The cheap ones can taste funny.

      I use liquid stevia from NuNaturals. The alcohol-free variety tastes better than the other. For baking, I generally opt for Z-sweet erythritol, however.

        It is allowed, as I understand PB; though if it causes you to crave sweets, then you may have to give it up. I had to quit all sugars and all artificial sweeteners, even stevia.

          Ditto. It was just better for me to quit all sweet stuff.
