    How Primal are you: Don't eat processed foods or soda. Way too many carbs. I have gained 23 lbs since Thanksgiving and I needed to lose 40. I weigh 223 and I'm 5-9.

    Do you consume dairy: Only lactose free.

    Do you drink coffee or tea: Rarely...makes me anxious or short-tempered

    Motivator for switching to Primal: Lose weight, feel healthy, increase energy, feel like me again

    Favorite exercise: Rowing or running stairs

    Favorite Primal food: Sashimi or steak tartar

    Best part about being Primal: steak tartar

    Worst part about being Primal: I do love fresh bread and fresh homemade pasta, though my joints hurt after eating.

    Welcome. Good luck on Primal. You can do it. Once you fight through cutting carbs, it's a breeze.
