Hey! So, I'm a busy, single mom. I have approximately 28 minutes a day to work out. I have no problem hitting it really hard in that time frame. The problem I'm having is finding time for the long, low heart rate part. Mark says "go for a 3.5 hour hike!"....I'd love nothing more but my son is 5 and not able to do that and I'm not QUITE strong enough to carry him for that long I've been doing 15-20 minutes on the elliptical at a very high (hard and slow) setting about 5x a week, along with sprints 2x a week and LHT as often as feels right. It feels good. Just wondering if anyone has other ideas? Thanks!
