Hiya !! My new blog is a little different and follows me as I progress to enter a figure Competiton in New Zealand while sticking to CrossFit style workouts and Paleo/primal eating!!

A little bit new to the eating but not so new to the CrossFit. Marks Daily apple is such an inspiration to help everyone on their right track I love it! Also mid way through reading the Primal Blueprint book.....wow.

                  My favorite paleo blogs

http://cavekitchen.com - a mix of recipees, paleo science, lifestyle and personal stories on the way toward primal lifestyle.

http://modernpaleo.com - a great summary of primal principles with a scientific bend

http://paleoeats.com - a most beautiful recipe blog I have seen on the net. It has a huge number of recipes from the primal cookbook, too, full of pictures for every step of the process

I started this blog for my daughter in college who needed recipes she could cook in her apartment. Most are very easy and affordable.

Hi all! I've just started a blog because I have just switched from vegetarian to primal living. It's a serious culture shock! I'm using the blog to keep myself on track and jot down recipes

Well I am officially on the blog bandwagon!

                              www.primalstyle.blogspot.com

I am mainly focusing on recipes because I always need ideas for the next meal so please check it out and if anyone wants to exchange links or something to help each other get traffic, we can do that. Although I am so new at it so I may not know what I'm talking about
