      • Hey Mark!!! Im a big fan of your book and just started the diet last friday! I have a question though. I have weight training at school in the mornings 5 days a week for 1 hour a day. This is my only real exersize throughout the week. I go at it pretty hard, and am trying to loose weight and build lean muscle. Sinse you only instruct heavy lifting a couple times a week, should I adjust my diet in any way. Allow a little bit of carb intake? Or just continue eating meat eggs nuts etc... primal food like i have?

        • I'm big on writing, so I've got another blog at Lycanthropology. It's a geeky, from the point of view of a Werewolf, but, I'm into that kind of thing. I'll Be updating as normal, but with awesomely geeky werewolf stuff!

So, semi-fiction blog, but the truth is behind the diet, as well as my daily life. (If...I were a werewolf!)

          • I started going properly primal a few weeks ago, and I'm writing a daily diary of my experiences, and the progression down to my ideal weight, including interesting hikes around the UK, and other details, which you can find here:

                • I have revised my blog, making it clear that I am more Archevore than Primal.

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

You need to ask that in the fitness, nutrition or athletes forums. Or email Mark directly.

                    • I've been annoying my wife with my constant chatter about PB and my employer is starting a Biggest Loser competition, so I started my blog to document my success and educate my friends and family. I look forward to sharing my experiences with others.

                        • my blog is 'primal' in a more general sense - in that for the last five years i've been taking steady steps toward a more sustainable and primitive lifestyle. right now i'm posting every day about going off refined sugar (big part of primal diet for me), but there's other lifestyle stuff as well - practical day to day tasks, building, gardening, laundry, eating, and more overarching things as well. i live in a three sided shack on six acres in missouri and am working to provide for all my needs either on my land or very nearby. and by 'all' my needs, i mean all - food, clothing, shelter, writing supplies, containers, transportation, health care, ritual... everything a human needs. it's a pretty exciting journey.
