          • I have a blog, and everything beginning in Aug 2011 is primal. The old stuff is NOT primal-friendly--mostly vegetarian/vegan and grain-heavy--but I've archived those recipes in the index clearly. I'm going to try to convert some of the older stuff to being PB-friendly at some point in time, but a lot of it's baking. Anyway, enough of that. On Cardamom and Cast Iron

Eventually I'll post progress pics. For now it's mostly food.
            My blog (primal after 8/5/11).

                  • I've got a new blog at Caveman Bob's Blog. There will be recipes, links to new Paleo/Primal content from around the web, and reviews of books, foods, and other resources.

                    • Since I'm just getting started, I also started a new blog at Prairie Primal. Being a totally competitive sort, I need a way to track my progress.

Are you a college student, trying to navigate college while being Primal? Do you know any other PB college students on a tight budget? Heck, for that matter, are YOU trying to live Primal on a budget? Enroll at Primal University!

For after all what is man in nature? A nothing in relation to infinity, all in relation to nothing, a central point between nothing and all and infinitely far from understanding either.
