Hello everyone. I've been lurking for a couple months and decided to join the forum. Received my copy of the book last week and am trying to read it without rushing. I'm just starting out and experiencing that shell-shock that I'm sure is familiar when you realize you've had "it" all wrong your whole life. I've never had a weight problem really but lately have really wanted to change my diet to support my workouts. Now I'm amazed I've been able to put on any muscle at all given how often I would go "meatless."
Anyway...I'll be asking for advice here and there I'd imagine.
