  • Hello there!

    Going primal now. Going to try out the 30 day challenge and pray that it works.

    Started this morning. I ate...

    1 x Whole onion.
    3 x 2 green onion stalks
    3 x Eggs

    Mixed it all together to make an omelette. It was pretty nice.

    Aaaand I have to cut the grass in a little while.

    Does anyone have a program I can use to keep track of the food I take in?

      There are a few programs out there like fitday.com or livestrong.com. I'm sure there are others but my brain has yet to fully start working this morning.

        Oh snap, I didn't realize onions had that many carbs. It's my favorite vegetable, too. I guess I'll just eat a half an onion instead of a whole one or something.
