    Recently came to MDA after doing the Warrior diet. I still follow the timing of the WD but use the primal foods listed in the PB and PBcookbook. Really starting to see the weight come off! Reckon I have The Final 20# to lose....

    My primary mode of exercise is kettlebells, ropes, and tae kwon do.
    I also teach KB's a small group at my local Y, and every now and again we meet at the park and do a WoW or similar routine. 1/2 love grok tag...1/2 dont, lol.

    Look forward to refocusing this month during the challenge!
