Hi, all. New here, been lurking for about a week. Found out about PB from following Mark on Twitter based on some automated recommend-bot, and wondering what the heck he was talking about. #Primal?? Have been trying to follow Primal eating and "convert" my fitness regimen during that time, while waiting on the hardcopy book to arrive. At first found it difficult to get enough to eat (using fitday) without using carbs/grain products, but am starting to get the hang of it now. See y'all around.
