Hi everyone. I've been reading the boards for quite a while but never posted. I went primal a few months ago and felt great, fell off the wagon, and have now been back at it for a few weeks. My husband's starting to change the way he eats a little bit, too. I'm finishing up graduate school, so hopefully the energy and mood stability from primal will help me sail somewhat easily through my final year! Everyone here seems very helpful, which is great.
