Greetings, PB folks! I'm 31 years old, and have been interested in the PB and similar plans for a while. I first read of such a plan in the late 90s at ubercoach Dan John's old hotbot website under the name of "The Meat, Leaves, and Berries Diet," and have been on and off various plans at various times. I really like coupling PB eating with daytime fasting (inspired by Fast-5). I'm also still working on getting my primal ducks in a row, so please bear with me, here.
