Hello! I'm already semi-primal as it were and plan to go fully into it within a month or so however I admit I'm worried I'll lose weight cutting out all the grains etc as they currently offer an easy way to bulk out of a meal. I need around 3500 calories a day to maintain my current weight and ideally I would be 15lbs heavier. Did anyone have similar concerns when going primal?
