              Hey buddy!

Yeah its amazing..Though I'm at a few snags at the moment that I need to sort out! So i think I'll put up my problems here..

From starting this way of life i was 16 stone! and now I'm at 12.3stone..so I'm being told I'm under weight..which is a bummer..
I'd like to bulk up a lil but i thought i should try and get rid of some body fat that is not going away..due to cortisol I'm guessing as i suffer from depression..my diet is clan as hell though..but my energy levels aren't great anymore from what they used to..so i fired up my fats..

I'm eating under 50-60grams of carbs per day usually..my LB in protein and the rest is usually fats..i don't tend to eat fruit or diary products (intolerance) and i don't over do the nuts..

              SO...the questions are:

1: How the hell do I get rid of the last bit of body fat
2: I'm too god damn skinny!
              3: I'm guessing I need more fat?

I think you need to chill on limiting the carbs. Most people who want to maintain weight stick around 100. I love fruit, especially in the summertime. Also, do eat more fat but eat A LOT MORE PROTEIN!! If you want to gain some weight, make sure its muscle and eat A LOT MORE PROTEIN!

Sorry I said it twice but it seems very necessary for you. How many grams do you think you consume in a day? Again, don't worry about limiting your carbs as much as you are too.

                  about 150g a day i'd say..
I find it actually really hard to hit 100g of carbs! thats alot of veggies. haha.
