I started this food plan last week. I noticed I wasnt losing weight at first, but I was losing fat according to my scale. Then a couple of days later I figured out why. I started my cycle that I hadnt had in over 6 months! I am so excited. I am now losing weight and I really feel great. I feel this is a plan I can live with and not be a slave to food. I cant get over how much more energy I have now.
