Hey, I'm Colin. 7 months ago I weighed 265lbs. Realizing I was huge I decided to make some changes in my life. I tried the low calorie/heavy workout routine but found it left me tired and hungry...all the time. A friend told me to try a zero carb diet for a couple weeks and the fat would fall off. so I tried it and it worked. I decided that zero carb might not be the healthiest choice for me so I upped the carbs through fruits and veggies, found this website, ordered the book and haven't eaten a grain in 2 months. Today I weighed in at 195lbs and have never felt better.
