What's up everyone. Just wanted to say hi and tell you guys how excited I am to start my first 30 day primal challenge, i'm currently on day 4. I've been doing Crossfit for over a year now and have been doing the zone diet for a long time. Just learned about Primal about a month ago and i'm really committed to doing a 30 day challenge. So far i feel better than ever and i've already felt and seen results and have more energy. This website has opened my eyes up to so much that i never knew and I can't believe the way i've been eating my whole life (And I thought it was super healthy).
