        To the lemonade cleansing theory. I also tend to frown upon the alleged spiritual benefits of yoga, but that might deserve a thread of it's own.

            Yoga exercise are really best exercise for all the exercise. Yoga is really good to maintain your fitness and health very well. Doing yoga is good to increase more mind power and immune power in your body. Yoga can reducing your weight stress also. Yoga is really nice exercise to doing regular basis and maintain your body very well.

              I think yoga can be dangerous physically and spiritually and prefer Pilates and Tracy Anderson mat workout (light weights, lots of reps, Callanetics).

                Yoga rules and is basically just a meditation method. People who focus on the physical aspects don't get it.
