		<description>I&#039;m in college and therefore don&#039;t have a lot of money.  There&#039;s no way I could consistantly buy the fish oil supplements and keep up with other expenses without my accounts going into the red.  Is there a really good fish I could eat regularly that would get the job done to a degree?  Anything else I could do?</description>
