  1. Oh yes! Our family of three goes through about 4 dozen eggs per week. I get my eggs delivered from a local “hobby” farm, so I know these hens get the chance to run around in the sunshine, chase (and eat!) grasshoppers, other bugs and grasses, and otherwise live the omnivorous life that is more natural to them (ckickens are *not* vegetarian).

  2. Mark,

I have never eaten eggs or fish – don’t like taste/smell/texture, but wish I did. Looking to see if you can post some daily diets that don’t include these 2 items (may be difficult given your preference).

  3. Thanks for the link to the authentic egg curry recipe made, surprisingly, from ingredients available at ordinary supermarkets. Never met a curry I didn’t like, and egg curry is one of my favorites.

  4. Too bad the harlequin eggs expect you to toss the yolk!

  5. The romaine pesto & egg stuffed tomatoes sound delicious!! And so many easy add-ins or variations could be made like adding some crumbled bacon and/or cheese. Yum, yum!!!
