Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  1. I’m so making these crab cakes! Yum. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. Hey Mark

Not related to the shirt, but the trailer for The 21 Convention 2009 (mentioned it a little while ago) released yesterday. You can view it by just visiting my blog (linked from my name).

Also, finished TPB last night, really incredible read. I’ll be releasing my in depth review tomorrow, also on my blog.

Kudos for completing such a monumental task, I know it’s tough and many people don’t appreciate the effort put into a book of that scope.

  3. Kind of surprised these shirts don’t have an add that leads the reader to MDA or PB. But they look great.

  8. Mark, love the shirts and I have a question for you about clothing. I’m joining the Navy, but I’ve been running in 5fingers for a couple of years. What can I do to safely prepare my feet for a change from basically barefoot to daily exercise in a big foamy shoe?

  9. I wouldn’t turn down crab cakes on the basis of different seasonings – they’re awesome however you make them. I’m thinking that I might add some jalapenos to mine. BTW, I LOVE the ingredients pic – the egg yolks are are beautiful!
