Meet Mark

Let me introduce myself. My name is Mark Sisson. I’m 63 years young. I live and work in Malibu, California. In a past life I was a professional marathoner and triathlete. Now my life goal is to help 100 million people get healthy. there is a typo? “To reiterate, comment on today’s OTHER post for a chance to win the t-shirt.” I guess you mean “to win the fish oil”…

I’m regrouping my life, and now that I’m in my mid 40’s and have health issues, this sounds very good for me. I would love to have a bottle.
Thank you

I wonder what size fish you catch to make the fish oil capsules??? I have read that it is better to eat smaller fish, hence less mercury in the little fish.

The first thing you need to know is how they work. When you buy bed wetting alarm, you are getting two main pieces. The first is the sensor. This is placed on the pajamas with clips. The other part is the alarm, which is secured on or near the shoulder. It’s attached to the sensor and goes off when urine is detected. It uses sound and sometimes light and vibration.

On my first run wearing Vibram Five Fingers KSO’s , I was unsure of the amount of traction Vibram Five Fingers offer, especially because it was raining outside. I eventually gained confidence and realized that there was no need to be cautious to start with. Vibram Five Fingers‘ feature razored soles which improves their performance and I did not slip once. Even though I have not tried a lot… Read more »
