As far as workout equipment goes, the sandbag is uber-Primal. No need for weight machines, a well-built sandbag will give you a full body workout (I dare you to work just one muscle group with a sandbag, it’s impossible!). It’s the Grok equivalent of hauling a dead animal carcass, except without the funky smell and lingering gnats. Today’s unbustable lump of heavy is donated by Sandbag Fitness Systems. After yesterday’s easy contest we thought we’d do an about face and throw you the mother of all contests. This is the big one. I want to tell you all about it now so you have plenty of time to complete the contest task, so here it goes.
Create and upload a Primal workout video to YouTube. Whether you talk and offer instruction, or simply film yourself playing in the park or working out in the gym is up to you. I’ll leave it wide open. The only requirement is that the video relates in some way to the Primal Blueprint Fitness philosophy. The more Primal the better.
Upload your video to YouTube and then email me the link. I’ll publish select videos on Mark’s Daily Apple at the end of the month.
The video needs to be an original video made for the purposes of this contest. Please title the video “Primal Blueprint Fitness:” followed by your own sub-title.
