Contest: Leave a Comment. Win Some Beef.

iStock 000005190779XSmall Contest: Leave a Comment. Win Some Beef. The Prize:

What’s more Primal than a juicy, locally farmed, grass fed steak? How about four juicy, locally farmed, grass fed steaks! Mark’s 30-day health challenge starts today, and it’s time to win some prizes.

The first prize comes from Texas cattle rancher, Beau Bendigo. Beau made the switch to Primal back in June. He has dropped 20 lbs since he started, he loves Primal living, he recently convinced his nieces to go Primal, and now he’s showing his enthusiasm by donating some steaks to kick off the challenge. Beau’s cattle live on a 100% grass grazed diet, and Bendigo Ranch practices low stress handling. For more on the benefits of grass fed beef, check out my post on the subject.

Three lucky winners will receive a 4-pack of Beau’s steaks. If you don’t win, but still want to order some juicy, grass fed beef, email Beau or give him a call directly at 605-538-4455.

The Contest:

Today’s contest is a piece of cake. Simply leave a comment in today’s blog post: The Primal Blueprint Health Challenge

To reiterate, comment on today’s OTHER post for a chance to win the steaks. Commenting on this post will get you nothing.

Contest Deadline:

Midnight tonight, August 3rd.

Choosing a Winner:

Three comments, and thus three winners, will be chosen at random.

Eligibility:

This prize is only available to residents of the 48 contiguous states. [If you don’t live in the U.S. and you win, we’ll ship you Mark’s Master Formula instead, and the steaks will go to an alternate winner.]

Other Important Info:

  • Remember to use your real email address in the comment board. If you don’t we won’t have a way to contact you.
  • Multiple comments won’t get you multiple entries. One comment is enough.
  • If you win, we’ll need your full contact info (address and phone number). Beau will contact you with the specifics of delivery. As a small stipulation, someone must be at the address to pick up the steaks on the day of delivery (lest they rot in the sun).

  38. I am committing that over the next 30 days I will get out in the sun for a few minutes everyday and work in my yard and gardent and breath in fresh air. I will do my best to eat Primally and will not eat grains or processed food and will eat lots of good vegetables and fruits. I will continue to work at getting good sleep and will not allow myself to get overly hungry by eating more veggies to curb those moments. I will stand empowered and powerful in my strength and own responsibilty for my health. I am morbidly obese and now is the 30 day challenge to the rest of my healthful abundant life. -Angela Skabelund

  41. For years I’ve been telling myself I’ve gotta go grass-fed. Everything else (for the most part…)has gone primal, but I can’t seem to convince myself that the grass-fed stuff is up to my foodie discriminating palette. Either that, or it’s the cheap available beef from Costco. Here’s to MDA helping me correct my trajectory…

  43. I discovered eating Primal a few months ago. For about a month I did it, still can’t believe it, and felt out of this world! Amazing…

Soon enough, I fell off the wagon, and need this contest to motivate me. I need to lose 80 lbs,(maybe more) I am very depressed, but when I ate Primal, I was not. I know it works, you guys are sooo very kind here. Thanks you.
