Contest: Leave a Comment. Win a Timer.
Ever tried Tabata sprints? It helps to have a stopwatch. Or if you want to be fancy, you can buy an interval timer. Or if you’re lucky, you can just win one in today’s contest. Gymboss makes a tight little interval timer. They’re good for sprinting, Crossfitting, and extreme, timed casserole baking. Today I’m giving away three (in your choice of color).
The Contest:
You don’t have to write an essay or even take a picture. Just leave a comment in today’s blog post: Moroccan Chicken Casserole
To reiterate, comment on today’s OTHER post for a chance to win the timers. Commenting on this post will get you nothing.
Contest Deadline:
Midnight tonight, August 22nd.
Choosing a Winner:
Three comments, and thus three winners, will be chosen at random.
Eligibility:
Anyone in the world can win.
Other Important Info:
- Remember to use your real email address in the comment board. If you don’t we won’t have a way to contact you.
- Multiple comments won’t get you multiple entries. One comment is enough.

Just a heads up, if you use these and lift with chalk, the buttons will stick.
Great timer though, use mine daily.
Hear these are good timers.
Cool, a timer would be a much needed upgrade from current watch.
Thanks!
This would be great for my punching bag in the basement. Or, for swinging my my homemade mace I made from this site!
Right now my muscles in my arms hurt so much from yesterday’s workout, that I don’t think I could even lift up on those times. lol
Did a 6 mile walk today -feeling great going primal
Actually I’m more predisposed to favouring resistance training to sprints. Can these timers be used for lifting I wonder?
Y’all know that you have to comment on the OTHER post to win a timer, right? Just checking.
thanks,I want them
