Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

    • Meagan, believe it or not we found our “egg lady” on craigslist. The HOA says no chickens and our tiny postage stamp back yard is entirely filled with raised beds so chickens are a no-go for us right now. There were others on craigslist selling eggs too. Check it out!

      Oh, and I just made a batch of mousse and used all the egg yolks. It was just as good!

    • Jane, for quite a long time I was unsure about raw eggs as well. I did some research and found out that there is no problem in consuming raw eggs.

    What I do when I melt chocolate, is to boil water in a pot, put the chocolate in a bowl that fits in the pot. That way the boiling water heats the bowl and melts the chocolate. No risk of burning at all.

  8. I love the fact that this mousse is made mainly with egg whites, I am intolerant to yolks and all chocolate mousses have them. Can’t wait to try it!!!

  10. This is the best thing I’ve ever eaten! Thanks for the video and recipe, we couldn’t find just coconut fat so we went all in with all coconut milk and it firmed up nicely in the refrigerator. I was skeptical because it didn’t look nearly as thick as it did on the video before it went in the frig. This mornings test bite was something of a surprise, it was PERFECT!
