Yum. Looks good. And funny video too. I read somewhere that if you don’t like your liver too ‘liver-y’, ya know- that you can soak it in milk. I only JUST started eating liver too and the milk trick is great.

I am going to make this this weekend, hopefully. Some constructive criticism, it seemed to me as though some parts were missing, particularly the orange. Also I would have like a clearer flow of directions.
