I like to use spaghetti squash for spaghetti and meatballs – nice and simple. (PS I’ll have to check this out at home. It would be nice to have a simple picture to be able to see the food without watching the video.)

Why would you ruin a perfectly delicious squash by microwaving it?! Why bother eating organic if you microwave?

Other than that, this recipe is amazing.

Made it tonight. Used a pot to steam on the stove instead. It’s even better than spaghetti. Try this today.

If you dry bake your squash, then finish it in the simmering sauce it will soak up the sauce (plus no microwave 🙂
