I’m sure many of you are familiar with Jimmy Moore. These days you can hardly say low-carb without thinking of him first. That’s because he has a great low-carb success story and has created an amazingly comprehensive one-stop low-carb shop in his blog, podcasts, daily low-carb menus and other resources for all low-carb dieters.
I’m skipping this week’s “Dear Mark” post en lieu of a “Dear Readers” post. That’s right. Enough from me. I want to hear from you. You see, I’m working on giving MDA a well-deserved design update and would love some feedback. I have a long wish list that just keeps getting longer, but I want to know what you want out of Mark’s Daily Apple – both in terms of content and blog features. I’ll throw out some ideas and questions to get the ball rolling. Hit me up with a comment with your suggestions.
Sorry, everyone. We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Comments are currently inoperable and our latest content will be down until we can sort out the source of our problem. Bear with us. We are working feverishly to get everything back to normal ASAP. Thank you, Apples!
Update: Everything is back to normal. Feel free to post away in the comment boards. Thanks, everyone, for hanging in there.
The 30-Day Primal Health Challenge to act “as if” has come to a close. From the updates I have received – from the few that were kind enough to send in weekly results to the dozens of emails I have been sent over the course of the last month from other challenge participants – I can pretty confidently say that on the whole participants are fitter, leaner and (dare I say?) happier. Don’t get me wrong. There were hurdles. Making the transition to a lower carb lifestyle can be tricky for some. Some people experienced lower energy levels early on. But for those that pushed through and stayed the course there seemed to be light at the end of the tunnel in almost every case.
Yesterday marked the end of the 30-Day Primal Health Challenge. Don’t fret! You don’t have to fall back in to your old ways. Take a moment to reflect on all that you accomplished (weight lost, resolve strengthened, muscle gained) as well as the difficulties faced (the midnight cravings and peer pressure from co-workers you gave into). At the very least we hope you have learned something about the yourself and the Primal way of life.
If you’d like to share you experience please send in your story by the end of today. We will be publishing all results tomorrow morning.
