Hey im interested in trying this, but i have a question if anyone has used this. I am an experienced weight lifter but am trying to cut down on my fat and gain so more functional strength and definition. I would imagine a 10 foot tube would be enough, but i want to make sure before i get set up? does anybody know?

traditional slosh tube with large residuals at either end, so if water does go to one end, it stays, and the act of correcting the imbalance causes water to gather at the other end.

10 times the work out, even with just a 5 or 6 foot tube.

A little late on this idea, but I think adding a lot of salt to the water is a little more environmentally friendly. ...and maybe a bit more primal. ;)
