		<description>Lately I've been making curried tuna salad: tuna with a bit of mayo, a bit of chutney, and a good amount of curry powder. I like equal parts Madras and a milder, roasted blend, but whatever you like works well. Great with chopped celery and walnut or hazelnut chunks in it, maybe with a few raisins, too!</description>
