This workout could have been made better by making your ‘targets’ run first. Maybe chase them and when you tag them, they stop, you do the 10 hits and then carry to home. You could give them varying head starts too (and if they are random with their moves, it would be even more realistic)…

Might have to borrow my little sisters and nieces and nephews some time. (or wait until my kids are a bit bigger so I can chase and eat them)

Awesome video! I especially liked how the girls fell over “dead” after 5-6 swings. Too funny!

This gave me a really good idea on how I could do this in my yard by myself.

I do have concern that you’re swinging the sledgehammer the same direction each time instead of five on the left side and five on the right. Although, I suppose Grok with only swing with the good arm; but he might switch when that side got tired…
