Seems like things are heating up here with ebooks, recipes, contests and exercises. It’s all good stuff for sure. For me I think I may have to submit a video and display what the barbarian workout is all about!

Great vid! Perfect and easy for the beginner. I see some mods here that could be done for yoga like poses.

Those one’s on the rings (I think they’re called “Muscle Ups”). They look brutally difficult, but a fun challenge.

Good stuff, Peter. Bonus points for that very nice t-shirt…but take them all back and a few more for the footwear. The eventual winner has to be barefoot, or at least in VFFs, after all, what would Grok do? 😉

Grok may not have had music to hunt by but music does make moving easier. I am always looking for new music to listen to while lifting heavy things and would love to know what music is used in this vid.
