(Wish I had a beach to run along too!).

It&#039;d be nice if there was a way of attacking the source of the problem too. Namely, office chairs. The more comfortable they are (which is associated with the more &quot;good&quot; they are), the less work the body does and the more things tend to slump over time. 

The only thing that beats a good wooden stool is the floor. 5,000 years of Middle/Far Eastern culture has a point.</description>
