Mark,

I for one would love to see more of your food preparation videos, like the one you did on the salad. Also, how about more recipe's.

Thank you.

Hi Mark, I'm personally curious about water and salt, so perhaps you could write something about that.

How much did they drink during stone age? Does the system for making you feel thirsty really work? Sometimes it goes days when I hardly drink anything, but I don't get thirsty. Are the 2 liters a day recommendations exaggerated? Or does the food we eat nowadays knock out the thirst system?

And where did they get the water from? I guess the water around africa coast is rather salty. If I'm not mistaken salt water isn't useful for drinking because it makes you dehydrated. Did they get all water from the rivers?

And about salt. What sources of salt were there in those times? Did they eat more or less than we eat today?

Andrew -

Yes, I plan on giving readers a sneak peak of the book soon. Also, after the redesign I'll be giving the Introduction to the book out for free. Stay tuned!

I'll try to pencil in my latest workout routines as a post soon. Thanks!

Hey Mark,

Thanks for all the fantastic posts this month. Personally, I'm with Kit Fisk in that I'd be interested in seeing your workout routine. I know that everyone has to do what works best for him/her, but it's fun to see what successful people do to stay in shape!

And do you have a sneak preview of what the cover of the book is going to look like? Maybe and exclusive look for MDA readers?

Thanks again!

All the Best,

Andrew R
