Well I’m sure that makes me feel like rainbows inside… that being what it is… this is barely different than a recipe for ‘Hot Primal Cereal’ from the quick and easy cookbook… it is by no means my paleo-ification of anything…

Hi Mark, HI Adam 🙂 I’m new to all this “primal” stuff, only found you guys a few weeks ago and I’m loving it, I’ve lost 4kilos so far. 😀 I love this recipe idea – my Hubs likes his nanas almost green (bleurgh!) and won’t eat them after that and they’re not my favourite fruit, so this is a great way of using them up and making a yummy snack-attack filler/energy bar.
