probably a dumb question.. but what does SWYPO stand for?

Well I’m sure that makes me feel like rainbows inside… that being what it is… this is barely different than a recipe for ‘Hot Primal Cereal’ from the quick and easy cookbook… it is by no means my paleo-ification of anything…

I’m new to all this “primal” stuff, only found you guys a few weeks ago and I’m loving it, I’ve lost 4kilos so far. 
I love this recipe idea – my Hubs likes his nanas almost green (bleurgh!) and won’t eat them after that and they’re not my favourite fruit, so this is a great way of using them up and making a yummy snack-attack filler/energy bar.
Adam, re your problems with the blender sticking(mine too)- I buzz my dry ingredients separately before I start; turn the nuts into a flour almost. Then warm your nanas in the microwave for a minute and mash thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Then add the ‘ground up nuts flour’ using a hand-held electric whisk to mix them all together, makes it much easier!
Oh and I make a chocolate “frosting” with the coconut oil and chocolate powder, makes it easier to spread
