Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  8. A very calming and enjoyable video. You’re a natural, I’d never have guessed it was your first time in front of the camera. Well done :)

I now want to start eating bacon! (I rarely eat red meat for no particular reason)

A very good breakfast idea indeed!

  13. O M G – Why did I decide to watch this at 8:00am whilst sitting at my desk ready to start work for the day? God I want to go home right now and try these! Great recipe.

  14. I can not wait to try this! Just one thing I would like to point out, regarding the video – that ding sound almost made my head explode, because compared to the rest of the video it was too loud. But if this is the price I have to pay for learning this piece of edible heaven can be made – I have to say it is worth it :)

  20. I just made these & they are SO good! This will be a keeper in my kitchen. I as well can’t get coconut butter here in NS, but I used coconut oil & it worked great! Thanks Wendy!

  21. Well, I ruined your perfectly beautiful recipe :( All I had was coconut flour in my pantry so I just replaced the almond flour with that but I used the same amount and that was clearly wrong because the dough was way dry so I added coconut milk to it to make it more dough like but it wound up more like a paste and then the rolls came out of the oven very chalky in consistency. I will have to try this again with the proper flour. I’m very new to baking and I didn’t realize switching the type of flour would change it so drastically. Oops! Live and learn!
