Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  1. Great job, Batty!

  5. Gret job. I told my non primal friends about this and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I told some crossfitting primal friends and their mouths starting watering. My crossfitting primal friends are the smart ones.

  8. Just made these as a celebration treat tonight for my hubby. They were SO EASY to make, and so fast!
My only issues were- make sure you use something to grease your pan- the cake was very difficult to get unstuck! DON’T add vanilla to the filling. I did just for kicks, and it left a weird aftertaste. :( And lastly, in the future I will add something like a dab of honey or 1 date to the cake mixture, as it needed a little more than the banana to balance to bitterness of the cocoa for me. Or maybe my bananas weren’t ripe enough…
Overall- these turned out fabulous! thanks for a fun recipe! And because of the goofy colors, these would be a fun Halloween treat! :)

  9. Since the video no longer seems to exist here’s a copy of the recipe (taken from the website workoutsforhome):

    4 eggs
    1/4 shredded coconut
    2 bananas
    1 avocado
    1/4 cup cocoa powder

Roll: To the food processor add the coconut, 4 eggs and 1 banana cocoa powder and mix it well.
Pour the mixture out onto a greased cookie sheet in one thin layer and put in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes until it puffs up and edges get crispy.
Remove from oven and cool. Cut crispy edges off. Cut sheet into 6 -8 small rectangles.
Filling: Add avocado into food processor and add 1 banana. Mix well.
Add some avocado mixture to the front edge of one of the rolls and roll it up.
