Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  1. Great job, Batty!

  4. Batty, you’re so cool! My 4yo said they look really yummy. We’ll be trying this out- i have to say i’m a little dubious about the banana/avo mixture but will try it! Thanks.

  5. Gret job. I told my non primal friends about this and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I told some crossfitting primal friends and their mouths starting watering. My crossfitting primal friends are the smart ones.

  7. Thanks so much for this recipe! I never would of thought of this combination. I’m going to try this Friday night for our family dessert night. I hope you don’t mind, I linked to this post, and posted this video on my blog so I would remember it.

Thanks MDA for all your info!

  8. Just made these as a celebration treat tonight for my hubby. They were SO EASY to make, and so fast!
My only issues were- make sure you use something to grease your pan- the cake was very difficult to get unstuck! DON’T add vanilla to the filling. I did just for kicks, and it left a weird aftertaste. :( And lastly, in the future I will add something like a dab of honey or 1 date to the cake mixture, as it needed a little more than the banana to balance to bitterness of the cocoa for me. Or maybe my bananas weren’t ripe enough…
Overall- these turned out fabulous! thanks for a fun recipe! And because of the goofy colors, these would be a fun Halloween treat! :)
