Last, let me announce the winner of the Reader-Created Cookbook Contest. All readers that had their recipes chosen to be published on MDA are featured in this eBook, received a Grok on! T-shirt and, of course, will receive a copy of this digital cookbook. But one lucky winner chosen at random will also receive a Primal gift package. And that lucky winner is… Richard Freund! Richard submitted the Grilled Beef Heart with Roasted Chili Peppers recipe.

Many thanks to everyone that participated in this contest.

I hope everyone enjoys this eBook and the recipes from fellow Groks. Here’s to Primal eating!

Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  1. I got the newsletter but it was only some PB “tips & tricks”. It didn’t have a link to the cookbook.

    • Any subscriber that didn’t get the newsletter with the link and the accompanying password you can email me at mark at marksdailyapple dot com.

  2. What was the title of the email containing the link? The last one I received was “Intermittent Fasting” on the 9th. I fear Aweber hates me! What do I need to do to get this awesome ebook?

    • Wow, that was amazingly bad timing on my part. Thanks so much Mark!

  5. Thank you so much! Love the ebook!

Just wanted to let you know I found an error in a recipe. The dressing ingredients for the Lobster salad (http://www.marksdailyapple.com/lobster-grapefruit-and-avocado-salad-with-creamy-citrus-dressing/) are completely wrong. Looks more like roasted tomato salsa to me. Imagine my surprise trying to make this, had to improvise on the spot.

    • Ooops! Typo. Thanks for pointing that out, Anastasia. I’ll fix it today.
