Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  6. Really tasty! (And great video too!) I made them today and added about 1.5 c. of shredded carrot and some cinnamon.

    • you just made an audible ‘oooh’ escape my lips. How did that turn out? Did the carrot lend some structure or did it add too much liquid?

      • Love the carrots and cinnamon idea – like a carrot cake

  8. I made these with almond meal(Trader Joe’s)instead of flour and they had a nice texture, very good indeed. Next time I will jazz them up: blueberries, spices, nuts, etc. Thanks for a great recipe!
