Really tasty! (And great video too!) I made them today and added about 1.5 c. of shredded carrot and some cinnamon.

I made these with almond meal(Trader Joe’s)instead of flour and they had a nice texture, very good indeed. Next time I will jazz them up: blueberries, spices, nuts, etc. Thanks for a great recipe!
