		<description>Does anyone know definitively , if thats poss, that if one does anaerobic exercise and one has a  moderate cal deficit(3-500 of RMR) one is 'telling' the body that the muscles are not to be broken down as they're being used ?
Was told this and dunno if its gibberish..sounds at least plausible if the cals aren't too low.
